RULE 718 PROVISIONS OF LEGAL SERVICES FOLLOWING DETERMINATION OF MAJOR DISASTER

 

For Out-of-State Lawyers

Under Supreme Court Rule 718, out-of-state lawyers may practice in Illinois following the determination of a major disaster in this state, or within the US jurisdiction in which the lawyer primarily practices.

Attorneys applying for authorization subject to Supreme Court 718 must complete a statement pursuant to Rule 718(h).  Sample statements are provided below.
