Supreme Court Rule 756(c) requires that each attorney notify the ARDC of any change of address within 30 days of such change.
The recommended method for changing your registration address is to use our online registration program by clicking "LAWYER ACCOUNT" to the right.
A second approach is to download and complete the fillable .pdf ARDC Change of Registration Address Form. The completed form can be sent to the registration department using the contact information below.

Both of these methods will not only allow you to change your address information, but also prompt you to indicate your mailing preferences with respect to registration and other materials. Please keep in mind, however, that the ARDC registration department sends all annual registration notices to the email address on file for the attorney.
You may also change your registration address by sending us a signed letter. Please include your Registration Number and your date of birth in your communication.
